Quiet, out of the way location. Very high elevation, 1680′ above sea level, a 1160′ climb up from RT-2. Across the common is the original Town Meeting House, circa 1830’s.
Buckland – 5:57 PM
Take photo of Buckland Public Hall. Find out later its not the town hall, which is one block from the Shelburne-Buckland town line in the village of Shelburne Falls. Kind of wish it was the Town Hall, as it has a great view. I will have to come back later and take a snap of the correct building.
